Hello there! I am Helen Micallef, the founder of A-1 Customer Connections. With over four decades of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face, especially the stress caused by disorganization and lack of streamlined processes.
My career began in 1978 in network marketing, and since then, I’ve launched and managed several ventures, creating effective systems and strategies to streamline processes.

Pricing
Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and flexible, ensuring that you receive the services you need at a fair and competitive price. We have a very simple and easy approach to pricing! We agree on the hours needed each week depending on your budget or requirements and we charge at a rate of $60.00 per hour, which will be invoiced weekly.
